Dr. Ann Korbel

Dr. Ann Korbel is a Professional Services Veterinarian with Zoetis Petcare. Raised on a small livestock and grain farm in southern Minnesota, she nervously ventured to the 'big city' of St. Paul to pursue her college education at the University of Minnesota. She received BS degrees in both Animal Science and Technical Communication. After working several years as an editor for an agribusiness journal, Farm Industry News, she returned to the U of MN to obtain her DVM degree. She went on to spend 22 years in small animal and equine practices, both private and corporate, before making the transition to industry in 2019.

Dr. Korbel is especially passionate about preventative care, client communication, and the human-animal bond. She currently lives near St. Louis, MO, with her husband, three cats, and a large mixed-breed dog. When not working, she enjoys hiking and biking in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks.
