AAIV compensation survey
The American Association of Industry Veterinarians has been conducting compensation surveys since 1976. Over the years, the format and frequency has been adjusted in order to accommodate market and organizational needs, changes and interests. The annual compensation survey helps build knowledge of how the animal health industry is progressing toward competitive compensation.
Survey data can help:
