Piggyback on the influence of others.

Find people on LinkedIn who seem to know everyone and whom everyone seems to know. Read their posts and look for opportunities to add value. Write a thoughtful comment or addition to their post. This way, lots of people will see your post because of whom they follow.

Create a consistent brand.

Make sure your profile photograph, background, banner and headline are consistent with the brand you want to convey. Use a consistent profile name and user name.

Make it interesting.

Use your summary to tell a creative story in a fun narrative way. Make people want to read more and follow your posts.

Show off your skills.

Start a video series focused on one specific niche of your experience. Showcase your knowledge, composure, experience and presentation skills.
